Hi, I’m Nikki — a Jesus-loving wife, homeschooling mama to four amazing kids, and the heart behind The Adorned Homeschool.
I started this space because I believe family life is meant to be purposeful, joyful, and most importantly, guided by faith. Over the years, I’ve realized that the small, intentional choices we make — from how we spend our days to the rhythms we create for learning, celebrations, and quiet moments — have the power to shape our families in meaningful ways.
Before homeschooling, I spent over a decade teaching children in PreK–6th grade and created and ran several free educational programs and church activities. I also have a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction and was a Board-Certified Teacher in Reading/Language Arts. But more than my credentials, what drives me is the desire to help families live intentionally — to pause, reflect, and make decisions that honor God and nurture the people we love most.

My hope with The Adorned Homeschool is simple: to inspire and equip families to make faith-led, intentional choices every day, building a home and family life that reflects what matters most.
